Mechanical Design Engineer\nLocation: Warwickshire / Onsite\nContract Type: Contract (4 months)\nPay: £50 per hour DOE (Outside IR35)\n\nAbout the Role\nA growing engineering technology business is seeking a Contract Design Engineer to support ongoing product development activities within a fast-paced technical environment. The role will focus on design, development, testing, and engineering support across specialist engineering projects.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n• Produce 3D CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation\n• Support prototype build, manufacture, and testing activities\n• Create and review engineering drawings and technical documentation\n• Assist with validation and development activities\n• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across development projects\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n• Experience within engineering product development environments\n• Strong CAD capability using SolidWorks or Fusion 360\n• Understanding of electro-mechanical systems\n• Ability to read and produce engineering drawings and schematics\n• Hands-on engineering approach\n• Comfortable working in a fast-paced contract environment\n\nPlease submit your latest CV if interested in the position
