Mechanical Design Engineer
Join a hands-on engineering team where your mechanical design skills bring real-world solutions to life. We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for innovation, prototyping, and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD (SolidWorks experience a plus)

• Build, test, and iterate on prototypes to improve performance, safety, and efficiency

• Analyze data, generate reports, and adapt designs based on test results

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality

• Estimate project costs including labor, materials, and overhead

• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to product development strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong CAD skills; familiarity with machine logic/PLC is a bonus

• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
