Office based role commutable from Stoke-on-Trent, Crewe, Stafford, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Congleton, Macclesfield, Uttoxeter, Leek, and surrounding areas



£50,000 - £55,000 + Mon-Fri (8:00am - 4:30pm) + Early finish on Fridays (3pm) Progression Opportunities + Company Pension + Office-Based Role

Due to sustained growth and exciting new projects, the company is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead high-value, technically challenging designs from concept through to completion.



In this role, you will have full autonomy to drive design improvements, develop cost-effective solutions, and play a pivotal role in shaping future innovation.



The ideal candidate will have experience within the Aerospace or Automotive sectors, with strong knowledge of motors and drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and robotics.

The Role:



Use AutoCAD Inventor to produce detailed mechanical designs and assemblies

Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure projects meet requirements

Manage design documentation, technical files, and production support

The Person:



Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer

Strong understanding of motors and drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation
