Mechanical Design Engineer – Sanitary Piping (SolidWorks)
Location: Whitewater, WI (100% onsite; no relocation)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent W-2
Authorization: U.S. or Green Card holder required
Salary: $50,000–$70,000 (DOE) + Full benefits

What You’ll Do

• 3D Sanitary Piping Designs: Produce detailed SolidWorks models and drawings for custom piping systems in regulated industries.
• Collaborate & Execute: Partner with project managers and engineers to interpret specifications and translate requirements into accurate designs.
• Materials Planning: Generate bills of materials and detail parts lists to support procurement and fabrication.
• Cross-Functional Support: Develop a working knowledge of electrical controls and fluid mechanics to enhance piping solutions.

Requirements

What You Bring

• SolidWorks Expertise: 1+ year designing sanitary piping systems in biotech, food, or pharmaceutical settings.
• Educational Foundation: Engineering degree—or 2+ years of dedicated 3D SolidWorks design experience in lieu of a degree.
• Technical Curiosity: Willingness to master electrical control schematics and fluid-handling principles.
• Proven Reliability: Consistent work history demonstrating attention to detail and on-time delivery.
• Local Commitment: Residence within a 45-minute commute of Whitewater, WI.
