Mechanical Design Engineer

A new opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join an Engineering Company who work within the Oil and Gas sector is now available. Working within their Engineering department, you will be joining an experienced team who are dedicated to completing work to the highest of standards.



Responsibilities:



* Design and develop mechanical components.



* Present design plans to management.



* Manage project timelines, budgets and resources.



* Use 3D CAD programs to plan and execute mechanical design projects.



* Document the design process.



* Liaise with Clients, Designers, Engineers and Management.



Required:



* Degree in an Engineering based discipline.



* Demonstrable experience in a Design Engineering role.



* Knowledge dealing with Engineering drawings and design programs.



* Strong knowledge of design and engineering principles.



* Sharp attention to detail.
