Exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Contracts Manager based in London to join a respected mechanical company on a permanent basis.



Start date: Immediate;  Duration: Permanent



Oversee and manage multiple mechanical contracting projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.



Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver efficient project execution and resolve any technical or operational issues.



Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.



Proven experience in managing mechanical projects and contracts within the Office Fit out sector.



Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.



Experience with project management tools and a recognised health & safety certification
