The Role:



* Manage multiple mechanical contracts from inception to completion.



* Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.



* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.



* Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and industry standards.



* Drive project profitability and maintain accurate financial reporting.



Requirements:



* Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within the building services or M&E sector.



* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in commercial or residential construction.



* Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.



* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.



* Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications.
