Mechanical Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a well-established company specialising in new build residential projects across London and Essex.



This is a permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work.



The Role:



• Managing mechanical packages on multiple new build residential sites

• Overseeing projects across London and surrounding areas

• Site-based and on-the-road role (not office-based)

• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery



Requirements:



• Proven background in mechanical building services

• Previous experience in a contracts/project management role

• Valid SMSTS certificate

• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence
