Mechanical Contract Manager\n\nNottingham | £75,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits\n\nOverview\n\nA well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager to join its growing operations team.\n\nAs part of continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Contract Manager to oversee multiple projects and support the successful delivery of mechanical works from pre-construction through to completion.\n\nThe Position\n\nThe successful candidate will take responsibility for the operational delivery of mechanical projects, ensuring client expectations, programme requirements and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.\n\nTypical duties will include:\n\nManaging mechanical projects from award through to handover\nCoordinating project teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers\nMonitoring project progress, resources and programme performance\nAttending client, consultant and site meetings\nSupporting procurement and supply chain activities\nManaging variations and working closely with commercial teams\nOverseeing commissioning and final completion stages\nEnsuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards \n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nPrevious experience within a Mechanical Contract Manager position\nStrong Building Services or M&E contracting background\nSound knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems\nExperience delivering commercial building services projects\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities \n\nPackage\n\nSalary: £75,000 - £85,000\n\nIn addition, the successful candidate will receive:\n\nCar Allowance\nCompany Bonus Scheme\nPension Contribution\nOngoing Professional Development\nLong-Term Career Progression \n\nOpportunity\n\nThis role offers the chance to join a growing contractor with a secure workload, strong client relationships and an ambitious plan for future growth.
