Our client is looking for a Mechanical Clerk of Works to be based in Oldham.



This role is manage contractors who are carrying out mechanical work on schools and public buildings in the borough.



Must have experience of managing work projects in excess of £250k to £3million.



Pay is £50 per hour - 37hrs per week (inside of IR35)
