Adecco is now hiring for an aerospace company that is growing, and this is your chance to work with them in the Pasadena area!

Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret and work from drawings, diagrams, specifications, and instructions
  • Work with engineers on modifications and changes in rapid development programs with minimal instructions
  • Self-monitor work progress against area benchmarks to achieve on time product delivery
  • Perform verification of flight hardware and document results in a clear, precise, and complete manner
  • Collaborate with engineers to determine best practice and process
  • Perform and analyze tests to track results and make improvements

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years Assembly experience in electronic assembly for aerospace applications
  • Proficient in soldering and mechanical assembly
  • Ability to work from blueprints and schematics.
  • Ability to read and understand technical work instructions.
  • Proficient with microscopes, wire cutters, wire insulation strippers, tweezers, crimping tools, and thermal wire strippers
  • Experience with PCB and PCBA’s
  • Ability to perform tasks with high level of quality/quantity and in a timely manner to meet production schedules
  • Experience working with Space Flight Hardware
  • IPC-J-STD-001 w/ Space Addendum is a must
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification is a must
  • IPC-A-610 certification is a plus
  • Experience with harness test equipment such as pull tester and IR/HI pot tester
  • Experience working in a cleanroom is a plus
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and interact professionally with others

Shifts Available:
Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm with some overtime

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
