Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:30, Friday 07:00-12:00



About the Role



We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the rail industry, looking for a reliable and hands-on Mechanical Assembly Operative to join their HVAC department.



Key Responsibilities



Dismantling and preparing HVAC units for assembly.

Assisting with basic fitting of replacement and new parts.

Supporting insulation repairs and other assembly-related tasks.

Maintaining workshop areas and equipment, following all health & safety procedures.What We're Looking For



Proven experience in a factory or production environment.

Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Good practical ability and comfortable using hand tools.

Strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team.

Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.What's on Offer



Full training provided for role-specific tasks.

Consistent day shifts with an early finish on Fridays.

Ongoing contract with immediate starts available.
