Responsibilities:
· Assemble mechanical parts, components, and assemblies following blueprints, schematics, and specifications.· Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.· Read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions.· Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.· Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled units.· Identify and report defective materials, parts, or equipment.· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.· Record production data and complete required documentation.· Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve assembly issues.· Follow company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
Requirements:
· Basic English skills.· Ability to count and do basic math.· Previous assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience .· Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.· Proficiency in using hand and power tools.· Strong attention to detail and quality.· Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
