The Mechanical Assembler plays a critical role in automotive manufacturing and industrial equipment assembly by fabricating mechanical parts with precision and care. This position requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment. The assembler regularly collaborates with Quality Control and other departments to ensure all components meet stringent standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components including engine dress parts such as alternators, intake manifolds, and starters
• Apply torque following exact specifications to ensure component integrity
• Install components adhering to current assembly practices and documented instructions
• Mark each component and build sheet to track assembly progress accurately
• Follow detailed instructions by part number and description
• Use manual hand tools, power tools, and automated assembly machines effectively
• Perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality and precision
• Coordinate regularly with Quality Control and other departments for cross-functional teamwork
• Complete any additional duties assigned by management
