Mechanical Assembler – Manufacturing / Fabrication

Lloyd Richards Personnel is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for multiple manufacturing companies in the Tulsa area.

This position is for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with tools, building equipment, and assembling components using blueprints and measurements. This is not general labor — attention to detail and mechanical ability are required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical parts and equipment using hand and power tools
• Read tape measures and follow blueprints or diagrams
• Align components, bolt together assemblies, and verify fitment
• Perform quality checks to ensure proper assembly
• Work with metal components, brackets, panels, or structural parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Mechanical aptitude (automotive, construction, fabrication, assembly, etc.)
• Ability to follow written instructions or prints
• Reliable attendance and consistent work history

Manufacturing or fabrication assembly experience but not required if mechanically inclined.
