Job Overview
Mobile Staff Solutions is seeking dependable Mechanical Assemblers to join our assembly department. This is a great opportunity for candidates with basic mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow. New hires will train on day shift before transitioning to night shift once fully trained.
No advanced experience required, we will provide hands-on training.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to instructions
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, or assembly procedures
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Basic mechanical skills or mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use common hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Willingness to train on day shift and transition to night shift if needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions

- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production
- Experience working in a fast-paced or team-based environment
