1st Shift Mechanical Assembler – Direct Hire

We are recruiting for a manufacturing company seeking a 1st Shift Mechanical Assembler for their facility located in Solon, OH. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with a stable & growing company that offers strong benefits and long-term growth potential.

Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble hydraulic lines, axles, and trailers
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies
• Ensure quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process

Requirements:

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to assemble hydraulic components, axles, and trailers
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Welding experience not required
