Mechanical Assembler Job Duties:
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies based on specifications
- Install parts, hardware, and components onto equipment
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality of assembled parts
- Perform basic quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Assist with material handling and staging of parts
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety guidelines and proper tool usage
- Work with team members to meet production goals
Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:
- 1+ year of mechanical assembly or hands-on production experience
- Experience using hand and power tools (drills, impacts, wrenches, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or assembly instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with parts and components
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Reliable and safety-conscious
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM OT on Fridays
Pay: $18.00 – $28.00/hour
