• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies based on specifications 
• Install parts, hardware, and components onto equipment 
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks 
• Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions 
• Ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality of assembled parts 
• Perform basic quality checks throughout the assembly process 
• Assist with material handling and staging of parts 
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation 
• Follow safety guidelines and proper tool usage 
• Work with team members to meet production goals

 Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:

• 1+ year of mechanical assembly or hands-on production experience  
• Experience using hand and power tools (drills, impacts, wrenches, etc.) 
• Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or assembly instructions 
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with parts and components 
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship 
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift 
• Team-oriented with good communication skills 
• Reliable and safety-conscious

 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM OT on Fridays
 Pay: $18.00 – $28.00/hour
