Overview
We are hiring a Mechanical Systems Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team focused on building essential industrial systems. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with tools, assembling components, and seeing a project come together from start to finish.

You’ll play a key role in both system assembly and shop-floor fabrication, contributing to consistent, high-quality builds in a stable and team-oriented environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Assemble mechanical systems based on technical drawings and specifications
  • Perform basic fabrication including cutting, drilling, and shaping metal and plastic materials
  • Build and assemble plastic piping panels used in system designs
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
  • Verify completed systems function properly before completion
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area


What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2–5+ years of hands-on fabrication or mechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
  • Experience using standard tools (drills, saws, wrenches, sockets, etc.)
  • Ability to read a tape measure/ruler accurately
  • Comfortable being on your feet throughout the workday
  • Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

(Not Required):

  • Experience in water or wastewater systems

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay: $25–$27/hour
  • Contract-to-hire (6 months) with long-term potential
  • Upon conversion:

Pay: $25–$27/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM + Saturday (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
