Mechanical Assembly Technician

·       Location: Plano, TX 75074
Schedule: Monday – Friday

·       2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

·       Must be available for OT

·       Pay Rate: $20.90/hour

·       Position Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician to assemble machinery and equipment using blueprints, schematics, hand tools, and power tools. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble mechanical equipment and machinery according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform quality checks on completed assemblies
• Maintain production logs and records
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office )
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
