Position Overview

The Assembler/Tester B is responsible for performing a variety of assembly and testing operations with minimal supervision to meet production and customer delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, and testing equipment.
• Utilize fixtures, inspection tools, and measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Record test results accurately using basic electrical equipment and flow meters.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering instructions, assembly routes, and test specifications.
• Assemble and inspect products to ensure compliance with quality and customer standards.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and FOD-free work environment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated per schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of general mechanical or manufacturing experience .
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Basic understanding of mechanical processes and assembly techniques.
• Ability to select appropriate tools, procedures, and techniques.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
