Mechanical Assembler
Are you a hands-on builder with a strong mechanical aptitude? We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join a precision manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll do more than just basic assembly—you’ll operate specialized equipment and use precision tools to ensure every product is built to last.
Position – Mechanical Assembler
Job Location – Milwaukee, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp to hire (90 days)
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:45am – 3:15pm)
Starting Pay – $21+

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
What You Will Do:
- Precision Assembly: Fabricate sub-assemblies using assembly fixtures and power bench tools.
- Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate specialized polyurethane foam-making equipment to insulate refrigeration cabinetry and other products.
- Technical Fitting: Perform simple fitting, aligning, and adjusting of parts to ensure a perfect fit.
- Quality Inspection: Use rules, scales, calipers, and micrometers to check work against part and assembly drawings.
- Defect Recognition: Identify any cabinet defects and work with your supervisor to perform necessary reworks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanically Inclined: You have a natural ability to understand how parts fit together and enjoy working with tools.
- Experience: Past experience in assembly or a related manufacturing environment is .
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read assembly drawings and use precision measuring instruments (calipers/micrometers).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
