Location:Longwood, FL
Pay:$15/hr + (DOE)
Schedule: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Fridays

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to support the assembly of precision aerospace and electronic components in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with small, high-precision parts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools
- Basic math skills (measurements and tolerances)
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or clean production environment
/ Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Aerospace or electronics manufacturing experience
- Experience with build-to-print assemblies
- Familiarity with torque specifications and close-tolerance work
- Willingness to work varied shifts to support production surges
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training
What You'll Do:
- Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components per build-to-print drawings
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Follow Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs) and job travelers
- Use hand and power tools such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, and gauges
- Perform assembly of small, close-tolerance components
- Verify part quality and conformance to specifications
- Accurately record labor, production data, and traceability information
- Follow ESD, FOD, and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support quality and production goals by meeting schedule and efficiency targets
