Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Mechanical Assembler / BoilerMaker, where your expertise will drive the creation and assembly of high-quality mechanical components and structures. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly and fabrication processes.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to ensure components meet exact specifications.
- Assemble mechanical parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to construct structures or machinery.
- Operate machining equipment and perform basic fabrication tasks to modify or prepare parts for assembly.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process, ensuring all components align with design standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse or fabrication area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with forklift operation and material handling to transport heavy components safely within the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical fabrication roles with knowledge of welding, machining, and soldering techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and fabrication equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including forklift certification or experience is .
- Ability to work with welding equipment and perform basic metal fabrication tasks with precision.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards in all aspects of work.
- Prior experience with schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical assembly is highly desirable.
