Position Summary

\n

The Assembler is responsible for building and assembling car wash equipment and subassemblies, following work instructions and quality standards.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Assemble components and products.

\n

• Operate and maintain hand and power tools.

\n

• Perform quality control checks.

\n

• Identify and report issues with products or processes.

\n

• Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly of car wash systems.

\n

• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.

\n

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

\n

• Flexibility to perform other tasks within the operation and float to work as needed

\n

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

\n

• Accurately utilize the ERP system for manufacturing transactions, work orders, and reporting as required

\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• High school diploma or GED.

\n

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude required; formal technical training or certification .

\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in shop math and precision measurement

\n

\n

\n

Physical Requirements

\n

\n
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

\n

• Work in cool and hot environments

\n

• Able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, and perform physical movements required for the position

\n

\n

\n

Safety

• Proper and consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Compliance with GinSan and OSHA safety protocols.

• Participation in safety meetings and training.
