Mechanical Assembler in Clearwater

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assemblers to assemble custom housing fixtures for electrical accessories in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will maintain high quality standards while meeting production goals, following assembly instructions, and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components, and accessories according to work orders and assembly specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, and basic technical drawings.
• Operate assembly equipment and hand tools.
• Perform assembly tasks such as riveting, applying silicone, attaching components, cleaning finished products, and packaging completed items.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and minimize rework or product returns.
• Meet production targets while maintaining accuracy and workmanship.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for assigned tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly procedures.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Must have previous assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment and meet performance expectations.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to pass pre employment drug and background screenings.

Pay range starts at: $18.00-20.00 per hour, based on experience, with competitive benefits and growth potential after the probationary period.
