Pay Rate: $19/hourPosition Summary:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling manufactured products and packing them according to specifications. This role requires meeting assigned production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and related components per work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation to build products to specification
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Maintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and reports related to discrepancies or defects
• Perform basic equipment and conveyor maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Inventory tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate with materials handlers for replenishment
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate quality or production issues to supervisors
• Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive, safety-focused attitude
• Support production demands by adhering to scheduled hours, overtime requirements, and assigned break periods
• Perform additional duties as assigned
