Electrical/Transformer Assembler

Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am – 4:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Temp to Perm

We are looking for someone to perform hands-on mechanical assembly to build high-quality current and power transformers.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow production diagrams and work instructions for accurate assembly.
• Use hand tools and equipment to complete mechanical assembly tasks.
• Solder terminals to magnet wire with precision and care.
• Inspect transformers for exposed wires and perform necessary corrections.
• Clean transformers after the resin process to ensure quality standards.
• Complete final assembly, including installing hardware on finished products.
• Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, instructions, and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and safety documents in English.
• Basic math skills to perform necessary calculations for assembly tasks.
• Competence with hand tools and equipment required for mechanical assembly.
