SAI, a contract manufacturer of medical devices, is in search of a meticulous and detail-oriented medical device assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices according to established procedures and guidelines. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a strong understanding of assembly tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret assembly blueprints and specifications.

Assemble medical devices and components using hand tools and automated equipment.

Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Package final products and prepare them for shipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Record and report any product defects.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Participate in ongoing training and development activities.  

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in manufacturing assembling a must.
• Proficiency in using assembly power/manual tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read and understand assembly blueprints and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills
