Pay Rate: $20/hourPosition Summary:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling manufactured products and packing them according to specifications. This role requires meeting assigned production quantities while maintaining perfect quality standards.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and related components according to provided instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to build products to specification
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain production logs, maintenance records, and reports related to product discrepancies
• Perform basic equipment and conveyor maintenance and repairs as needed
• Inventory tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate with materials handlers when replenishment is required
• Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards
• Identify, resolve, and escalate quality or production issues to supervisors as needed
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Support production demands by adhering to scheduled hours, overtime when required, and designated break periods
• Perform additional duties as assigned
