Mechanical Assembler – $19.50–$22.43/hr – St. Petersburg

Pay: $19.50/hr (Day Shift) | $22.43/hr (Night Shift)

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | Night: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM)

About the Role

We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing company in the Seminole/Largo area. These positions offer the potential for long-term employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

This role involves assembling power supply boxes and mechanical components in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must have good manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to stand all day during 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble power supply boxes and related mechanical components.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all assembly tasks.
• Meet daily production goals while following safety and quality standards.
• Use hand and power tools as needed.
• Work efficiently in a team-based production environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand/power tools.
• Excellent manual dexterity for working with small components.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts).
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet performance expectations.
