Mechanical and Electrical Assembler

???? Pay: Based on experience - $19-21

⏰ Schedule: Multiple positions available - 1st and 2nd shift.

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our assembly team. This position involves assembling electromechanical components, wiring, and sub-assemblies according to instructions and drawings, using hand and power tools. Attention to quality, safety, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and units to form larger assemblies using hand and power tools
• Connect cables, tubes, and wiring according to diagrams and specifications
• Install components, units, and subassemblies, which may include soldering or micro-welding
• Inspect assemblies and perform tests to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues during assembly
• Follow safety protocols, work instructions, schematics, and blueprints
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Receive, handle, and organize components; assist with kitting services as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in electronics or mechanical assembly , including wiring and soldering
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and good eyesight
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
