We are seeking an individual that is skilled and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic to work as a Mechanic/Technician in our CNC staple-set brush making department.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain and troubleshoot staple-set brush making machinery. Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic and other issues that may arise. Perform machine changeovers for different brush designs and material types. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of product. maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, and understanding of manufacturing processes. Experience, preferably 2 years or more, working with automated production equipment/machinery in an industrial setting. High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training . Familiarity with pneumatic and electrical systems a plus. Ability to read technical manuals, engineering blueprints and precision measuring devices. ability to lift 50 lbs. Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precise adjustments.
