Munson Boatsis seekinga Mechanic Systems Technicianto join our team in manufacturing welded aluminum boats for worldwide clients, includingfire/rescue boats, research vessels, high speed patrol boats, USCG certified passenger boats and more. Our boats are assembled in a state of the art production facility with radiant floor heat providing a comfortable work environment throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and integratemechanical, electrical, navigation, communication, propulsion and plumbing systems using all brand new components.
- Work withdiesel and gasoline engines, pumps, hydraulics, generators, HVAC, and fuel systems
- Assemble and installsteering, control systems, and marine hardware
- Read installation instructions and interpret schematics and system diagrams
- Ensure systems meetsafety, performance, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, or systems installation
- Knowledge ofengines, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and work fromblueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
