Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist fire & security contractor delivering fire damper, fire curtain, and AOV projects across London and the UK. We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead installations, commissioning, and project delivery across multiple sites.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage installations and commissioning of fire dampers (70% of the workstream), fire curtains, and AOV systems\n\n * \n\n Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and compliant delivery\n\n * \n\n Plan, schedule, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously\n\n * \n\n Produce RAMS, project documentation, and regular progress reports\n\n * \n\n Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery\n\n * \n\n Oversee budgets, timelines, and commercial aspects of each project\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Strong M&E/Fire Damper and Ductwork project management experience in building services or life-safety systems\n\n * \n\n Technical knowledge of fire dampers, fire curtains, and/or AOVs\n\n * \n\n Proven leadership and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence (70% in London, 30% elsewhere)\n\n * \n\n Relevant qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS desirable\n\nWhy Apply?\n\n * \n\n Join a specialist, growing contractor with a varied portfolio\n\n * \n\n Lead essential safety projects across London and nationwide\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary with career progression opportunities
