Position: M&E Senior Project Manager (Healthcare Sector)\nLocation: Southampton\nSalary Expectation: £75,000 + Package\nAvailability: Permanent Position - Available Immediately or on Notice\n\nProfile\n\nIvy Resource Group are recruiting for a talented and experienced M&E Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex healthcare projects within a major contractor's South Coast operations. This is a key leadership role for a driven individual with a track record in managing large-scale MEP installations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects, especially in hospital and healthcare environments.\n\nThis permanent role is based in Southampton, with flexibility to work across regional sites and from home as needed.\n\nEducation\n\nA relevant academic qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management is . Professional accreditation (e.g., MCIBSE, CEng, PMP, or equivalent) would be advantageous.\n\nComputer Literacy\n\nMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n\nProject Planning Software (e.g., MS Project, Asta)\n\nUnderstanding of BIM & digital construction tools\n\nKnowledge of project reporting and cost control systems (e.g., COINS)\n\nInterests\n\nHealthcare innovation, sustainable engineering solutions, mentoring professionals, and continuous improvement in project delivery.\n\nActivities & Volunteering\n\nSupports professional development and social value initiatives across project teams.
