M&E Senior Planner

MEP Planner / Senior MEP Planer / M&E Planner - Multiple projects - Market Leader - up to £450 per day (inside IR35 only) - Sheffield/Leeds



Our client is one of the UK's leading Engineering & Services companies with a turnover approaching £400 million. They are currently seeking an up-and-coming M&E Planner (or Senior M&E Planner) to work on 2-3 projects in the north east. Projects are a mixture of Data centres, life sciences, healthcare and MOD scheme between £10-25 million (MEP package).



This role has some flexibility around it and you can be based from a regional office a couple of days a week with visits to site and WFH when required.



Candidate Requirements:



* Have a good M&E background (site or planning)



* Fully proficient with ASTA



* If you have P6 experience, that would be beneficial but not a necessity



* Previous experience at a tier 1 or 2 MEP (contractor or sub-contractor)



* Multidisciplinary project experience



* Must be able to create and own the programming from initial tender through to completion including commissioning
