We are recruiting for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 M&E sub-contractor on a £17m project in Central London. The company boasts a strong £80m annual turnover and is part of a £2bn group, offering stability, career progression, and high-profile project exposure.



The Role:

You will act as the No.2 QS on the project, providing commercial support to the lead QS and ensuring smooth delivery of all financial aspects. This is not a role limited to junior candidates — we’re looking for someone with solid experience who can hit the ground running.



Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the lead QS in the day-to-day commercial management of the project

Managing subcontractor packages from procurement to final account



*



Cost reporting, valuations, and variations



*



Ensuring contractual compliance and commercial risk management



Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the MEP / building services sector



*



Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge



*



Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team



*



Excellent communication and negotiation skills
