M&E Project Engineer

£50,000 to £60,000 DOE

Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 1pm

Permanent



Our client is looking for an experienced M&E Project Engineer to join their growing team in South Kirkby. This will be overseeing the M&E elements of their fit out projects and involves managing staff and subcontractors.

What will the M&E Project Engineer be doing?



Lead and manager M&E fit-out works across multiple projects

Coordinate with staff and subcontractors

Ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and maintaining health & safety compliance

Monitor project process, quality and budget control

Solve technical challenges and provide expert advice on M&E installations



What we need from the M&E Project Engineer?



Proven experience in M&E fit-out management within construction or interiors sector

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, regulation and installation techniques

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Relevant qualifications in engineering, constriction or project management ()
