An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Liverpool Street has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an M&E Maintenance Engineer to be based in a high-end commercial office located just moments from Liverpool Street Station. The successful candidate will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the existing on-site maintenance team.

The building offers a contemporary, high-spec working environment within a prominent new landmark. Designed with sustainability and wellbeing at its core, it features exceptional amenities and modern spaces that set a new standard for today’s workplace.

The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance with a proven track record in electrical and general building maintenance. Hours of work

• Monday to Friday

\n

• 8:00am to 5:00pm

\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• General fabric works

\n

Requirements

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)

\n

• 18th Edition (Desirable)

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n
