M&E Contract Manager\n Location: London\n Sectors: Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Data Centres\n Salary: £85,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Travel Package\n Company: Reputable M&E Contractor\n\nOverview\n We are representing a well-established and reputable M&E contractor who are seeking an experienced M&E Contract Manager to join their London operations. The company delivers projects across the commercial, healthcare, education and data centre sectors, with a strong reputation for quality, client relationships and repeat business.\n\nThis position offers a balanced portfolio of responsibility, overseeing 3-4 live projects with Project Managers reporting into you.\n\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone currently working as a Project Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Contract Manager looking for a more stable workload and improved work-life balance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee the delivery of multiple projects running concurrently\n\nLead, mentor and support project managers and delivery teams\n\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain and internal stakeholders\n\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards\n\nReview design, technical submissions and project documentation\n\nDrive commercial performance including forecasting, variations and cost tracking\n\nAttend progress meetings and represent the company professionally\n\nSupport procurement strategies and oversee supply chain compliance\n\nPromote best practice, continuous improvement and strong team culture\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong background in managing M&E projects with a contractor\n\nExperience in one or more of the following sectors: commercial, healthcare, education or data centres\n\nAbility to manage teams across multiple live sites\n\nGood technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services\n\nStrong commercial awareness and reporting ability\n\nConfident communicator with client-facing experience\n\nLeadership mindset, organised and proactive\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\n£85,000 basic salary\n\n£5,000 car allowance\n\nTravel expenses covered\n\nPension, healthcare and bonus potential\n\nSupportive environment with opportunity for long-term career progression\n\nThis role offers the chance to take ownership of key projects, influence delivery outcomes and work as part of a stable and respected business with realistic expectations and a strong team culture.\n\nIf you'd like to discuss the role in more detail or be considered, please get in touch
