A leading UK property developer is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager with a strong mechanical bias to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a major regeneration scheme in South London. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of creating sustainable, vibrant new communities.



Key Responsibilities:



Lead on-site MEP delivery with a focus on mechanical systems across residential and mixed-use buildings.

Manage MEP subcontractors, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and programme milestones.

Oversee quality assurance, testing & commissioning, and all relevant compliance documentation.

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Contribute to buildability reviews, design development, and value-engineering exercises.

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.Ideal Candidate:



Strong background in mechanical building services within large residential or mixed-use projects.

Proven experience in managing MEP installations on behalf of a contractor or developer.

Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or building services.
