WHS is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Materials Testing Technician to join our Lander team. This role involves performing field and/or laboratory testing on construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

What Youll Do

• Perform field testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials
• Conduct compaction tests, concrete sampling, and related procedures
• Collect and document samples accurately
• Prepare clear and timely test reports
• Communicate results to Project Managers and contractors
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment
• Follow safety protocols at all times

What Were Looking For

• No previous experience REQUIRED
• Experience in construction or materials testing
• Certifications such as ACI, WYDOT, or WAQTC but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
