Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Management professional to support material flow, inventory control, and coordination of supplies. This role ensures materials are available, tracked accurately, and handled efficiently to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing materials, including receiving, stocking, and issuing
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Coordinate material movement to support production and operational needs
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding material status
• Assist with documentation and reporting as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in materials management, inventory control, warehouse, or logistics
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, or ERP systems)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
