Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to support daily receiving, shipping, and inventory operations. This role is a great fit for someone with hands-on materials or inventory experience who enjoys staying organized, supporting production teams, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This organization designs, manufactures, deploys, and services advanced water treatment systems for industrial, construction, mining, and energy-related applications. Job TypeFull-Time | Direct Hire Job Duties
- Receive, verify, and prepare inbound and outbound materials and equipment
- Issue materials to manufacturing, service, and engineering teams based on approved work orders
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory transactions
- Organize materials and equipment to support production and service activities
- Keep receiving, staging, and storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized
Schedule
- Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay$23.00 – $26.00 per hour Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of inventory, materials, or manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience
- Familiarity with MRP or inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to safety practices
