What you will own

\n

\n
• Material program strategy from proposal through execution and closeout

\n

• Sourcing plans, supplier relationships, and material cost and schedule performance

\n

• Earned value tracking and estimate-at-completion for your program

\n

• Supplier performance, risk mitigation, and make/buy decisions

\n

• Material inputs to proposals and pricing

\n

• Coordination with planning to keep the production line fed

\n

\n

\n

What we are looking for

\n

\n
• Several years in material program management, supply chain program management, or program management within defense, aerospace, or another regulated manufacturing environment

\n

• Command of program material planning, supplier management, and earned value (EVM) concepts

\n

• Comfort leading cross-functionally without direct authority and holding your own with senior leadership

\n

• Familiarity with government contracting and customer flowdown requirements

\n

• Strong communication and executive presence

\n

• Bachelor's degree

\n

• U.S. citizenship and the ability to hold a U.S. government security clearance

\n

\n

Nice to have

\n

\n
• Program or material management certification such as PMP or APICS CPIM

\n

• Hands-on earned value management experience

\n

• A background supporting complex hardware programs

\n

\n

\n
