What You’ll DoDrive Material Planning & Supply Readiness
You’ll turn forecasts into action by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support production and customer commitments.
- Translate demand forecasts and production schedules into material requirements
- Develop and maintain supply and inventory plans for assigned materials
- Manage replenishment strategies, safety stock levels, and ordering parameters
- Monitor inventory performance, shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence risks
- Proactively identify supply risks and recommend solutions before they impact operations
Execute Purchasing with Precision
You’ll play a critical role in supplier coordination and purchasing execution to keep our operations moving efficiently.
- Create and manage purchase orders aligned with supply plans
- Track supplier deliveries, lead times, and order status
- Expedite materials when needed to support production priorities
- Communicate changing demand, priorities, and constraints with suppliers
- Help resolve routine supply and delivery issues quickly and professionally
Own SAP & Data Accuracy
Strong systems and reliable data drive great supply chains — and you’ll help make that happen.
- Maintain planning and purchasing parameters in SAP including lead times, lot sizes, and safety stock
- Execute MRP signals, review exceptions, and take corrective action
- Ensure accuracy of material masters, vendor information, and purchasing records
Collaborate Across the Business

- Partner closely with Production, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse teams
- Communicate material risks, constraints, and tradeoffs clearly and proactively
- Support integrated planning and operational decision-making

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in buying, material planning, or supply planning within manufacturing
- SAP or ERP experience with MRP and purchasing execution
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced Excel capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Experience
- Manufacturing or process-driven operations
- Raw material or component purchasing
- Inventory management and supply risk mitigation
