Masterplanning Architect \n Permanent position \n Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 \n \n A forward-thinking design studio is looking for a skilled Architect/Masterplanner to join their team, contributing to large-scale strategic UK developments of (phone number removed)+ homes across greenfield, brownfield, and emerging urban areas. \n \n What You'll Do: \n \n Lead the creation of Vision Documents, illustrative masterplans, and Design & Access Statements. \n Craft clear, practical Design Codes to guide high-quality housing delivery.

\n Produce polished, technically robust outputs across multiple project stages, bringing creativity and precision to every plan. \n \n About You: \n \n Qualified Architect or Urban Designer (postgraduate degree required). \n 3+ years post-qualification experience, including UK low and medium-rise residential projects.

\n Strong track record in large-scale UK masterplans and up-to-date knowledge of best practice. \n Excellent communicator with collaborative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe/Affinity software. \n \n This role offers the chance to shape major communities while advancing your career in a supportive, high-impact environment.
