Responsibilities & Duties

• Implement exacting tests and assessments on tools and dies to affirm adherence to quality and performance standards.
• Perform tasks to cut, shape, and trim with meticulous attention to detail, achieving exact design specifications.
• Create and develop specialized jigs, fixtures, and templates that support tool and die craftsmanship with precision and reliability.
• Apply advanced grinding and assembly techniques for optimal functionality of all components.
• Evaluate and select suitable materials for various tool and die purposes, focusing on performance and wear resistance.
• Commit to safety and company procedures, minimizing risk and maximizing quality work environments.
• Engage in diverse tasks as required in your role.

Essential Skills

• Intermediate communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Competence in interpreting detailed work instructions and specifications.
• Keen attention to detail for pristine outcome assurance.
• Strong capability in organizing and managing tasks efficiently.

Experience and Education

• At least high school education
• Two or more years of relevant experience

Expect to display abilities in:

• Manual machining techniques
• Tool, die, and mold repair and setup
• Blueprint literacy

You’ll be utilizing state-of-the-art tools like CAM Software.
