Key Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems for heat pump installations.

• Calculate loads and upgrade main electrical panels.

• Read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

• Collaborate with team to optimize installation processes.

Qualifications

• Master Electrician license (required for pulling permits).

• Expertise in modern electrical codes, SMART panels, splitters, and sub-panels.

• Strong knowledge of power/hand tools and electrical troubleshooting.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Physical stamina for manual labor tasks.

• Valid driver’s license.
